Error 5(Access is denied.).

I got the following error while executing a query in SSMS. 

"Msg 5133, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
Directory lookup for the file "C:\xxxxx\xxxx\xxx\xxx\xxxxxx" failed with the operating system error 5(Access is denied.)."

I am the owner of the PC and I have right to every file or fold. Again, the paths to the resources are very correct yet I do not know why I am getting the error. I appreciate your anticipated answers.
