SSD disks for the SQL Cluster?

Is it possible to use SSD disks for the SQL Cluster?

Current setup : RAID 5 Array SAN for Cluster, Windows 2008 R2 Ent ,SQL2008 R2 Ent , Active passive Cluster setup

Now is it possible to use SSD disk, also how should the migration start, only if its possible , this is how i assume as below

Add the SSD disks to existing SAN on Cluster (already user database DATA,LOG,System database, tempdb ) are on separate drives.

These SSD disks can be named to dedicated drives and move the User DATA and User Log files by detach\attach to the SSD drives ,alter tempdb to an dedicated SSD drive as well.

Since system database movements can create an toll during patch fix etc, preferablly leave it on parent.

Remove the old drives and have the DB use SSD drives.

Let me know what all am missing
