I have installed the oracle 64 bit client and created an ODBC data source but cannot create a linked server to the 8i database.I receive this message.
Cannot initialize the data source object of OLE DB provider "OraOLEDB.Oracle" for linked server "GHWT".
OLE DB provider "OraOLEDB.Oracle" for linked server "GHWT" returned message "ORA-03134: Connections to this server version are no longer supported.". (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 7303)
