move data to other file group

Hi Guys,

I have a 200GB database comprises of 5 file groups.Primary file groups owns major share of 180GB.The rest 4 files has got 20GB.I want to move certain tables from primary file group to other to reduce the size of primary one.

1.What is the process of moving the table data from one FG to other

2.What should be the criteria for selecting the tables to be moved? how to find the table which has got major share of data.
