Cluster and named instance

Hi

I have a 3 node cluster each node has 3 instances. something like this

OLTP\DEV

OLAP\DDW

SP\SPDB

I want to create an alias like DEVDB for OLTP\DEV to that the users can access this with just devdb instead of mentioning the cluster name. Any clue how I can achieve this?
