I am working with an application experience poor performance.  It has been recommended that we purchase better hardware to address the poor performing application.  I am interested in understanding what is happening on the server that when you see high preemptive_os_getdiskfreespace.  My waiting_tasks_count = 207586312 and wait_time_ms=15995470.  Is this cause for concern?
