SQL Server 2014 CTP 1 in production?

Hi all,

I have a quick question about the new SQL Server 2014 CTP 1 that was released.

As it says on the download page, it's a "non-production" release and "should not" be used in production; however, I'm wondering if that means itcan not be used in production?  That is, are we legally not allowed to install it in a production environment due to licensing issues or is it simply Microsoft saying "we don't recommend you doing this, and won't support you if you do"?

Moreover, if the answer is, yes, you can use it in production at your own risk, would you need basically the SQL Server 2012 equivalent license to ensure it's licensed properly?

This is mainly hypothetical, as I don't think we'd really consider using such an early preview in production, but it would be nice to know one way or the other.
