Does Workers are bound to a sqlos scheduler?

we know that Workers are not bound to a physical CPU unless the sp_configure affinity mask configuration value has been properly established.

As the sqlos scheduler are bound to a physical CPU , So that's also means a Worker are not bound to a sqlos scheduler at default configuration ?

And that's means it is possible that a Worker would switch to another sqlos scheduler before it complete the task,right?
