SQL 2008 R2 - more physical memory than database size

I have a 64bit 2008 R2 sql server with 32GB of memory and my database is curently 14GB in size.

SQL is only using around 14-15GB of memory and not using more. How can I get SQL to use more memory or it won't because my actual SQL database is only 14GB?
