SQL Server 2012 - Data Collector - Server Activity & Query Statistics Reports Have No Data

Hello Community,

I am using SQL Server 2012 and I have configured the SQL Server Data Collector.  When I view the Disk Usage Report there is current data, however when I view the Server Activity & Query Statistics Reports and they don't have any data.  There aren't any errors, and I have walked through the configuration a few times.  Has anyone experienced this problem and if so can you provide guidance as to how to resolve it?
