SQL 2000 can not start -- Operating system error 32(The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.)

Hi huys

working on this issue if any has faced this issue before and solved would be great help.

SQL 2000 stopped and when i am trying to start it starts and stopped .

system error log says :  Operating system error 32(The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.)

any idea or workaround?
