SQL Server Jobs are extremily slow

SQL Server 2012 with the latest SP on one of the sites.
Have several SQL Jobs - each step takes forever to execute.
The same steps executed in SQL Server Management Studio do not take time at all.
Not the case on the other sites.
Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you in advance.
