Maintenance plan failing on index rebuilding.

I've created a maintenance plan with the wizard to check integrity then rebuild all the indexes in the database.   When it runs it fails.    It goes through data integrity okay, but starts to build 4 indexes and achieves 0% complete before it fails.   I adjusted some memory, and created some more tempdb's for each cpu, and ran it again.  It still fails but achieves 1% complete.   When I generate the script and run it through t-sql it runs to completion.   I was thinking it might be because this is the first time the indexes (to my knowledge-I'm new) have been rebuilt for this database and the server was installed and data converted 8/2012.    The error is below.   Thanks in advance for any ideas!!
