Hi,
I have a crystal report that runs through a scheduling package through a third party runtime. When the report is run that way it blows the tempdb. If the developer gives me only the code it runs fast without error. It also runs fine from her desktop. I do not have nor know crystal reports. Does anyone have any experience with this type of problem? Another reporting tool we have has an option to sort on the os memory or sort in database, does crystal reports work the same way? Of course everyone is blaming the database. I currently have 6g sort space and the report has 92 rows. Please help!
