Changing sql collation settings in a sql failover cluster.

Hi,

We have 5 branch offices and 1 head office, recently we installed a sql failover clustering with 2 nodes in the head office. The problem now is the 5 branch offices are having sql collation as Arabic_CI_AS but while installing the sql cluster we forgot to do that and now we are facing a lot of issues with the connectivity between HO and Branch offices..
