Change data capture bug in sql 2008

We're coming across this bug where we're updating a value in the table and cdc is recording it as delete and insert. Microsoft recommended that we should install SP1 and that's what we did on the server but the after doing it so, we're still seeing this same behavior. Where we update the value from source table and captured table shows as delete & insert and NOT update. Can someone help me with this?

Server Info: SQL 2008 SP1 (10.00.2531 x64)
