sp_who2 v.s dm_os_waiting_tasks... session missing in dmv.

Hi,

If a task is in a runnable state, should not it be available to be seen in dm_os_waiting_tasks? My understanding is anything thats waiting for a resource should be in this dmv. Since a task is waiting for its CPU time, I would expect it be in this dmv.

Here is the screen shot of sp_who2 v/s dm_os_waiting_tasks.. I do not see the task in the dmv (in runnable state), while it can be seen in sp_who2.

 Any clue? Or my understanding is wrong?
