SQL Server 2012: SQL Server Import and Export Wizard-(1) How can I find out the Wizard is 64-bit version or 32-bit version, & (2) If 32-bit version, how can I select Client Tools or SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT)?

I never used the regular Microsoft SQL Server before.  My computer Team just installed the Microsoft SQL Server 2012 in my "Windows 7" PC that is part of our "Windows" network LAN system.  I have Microsoft Access 2007 (.accdb) and Excel 2007 (.xlsx) in my PC.  I plan to export the data stored in Access 2007 (.accdb) or Excel 2007 (.xlsx) files to the regular SQL Server 2012 by using the SQL Server Import and Export Wizard.  But I am not able to find the answers for (1) how can I find out the Wizard is 64-bit version or 32-bit version, & (2) If 32-bit version, how can I select Client Tools or SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT)?  Please kindly help and advise.
