SQL 2008 R2 Failover Cluster

Hi  all,

         I am trying to install SQL Server 2008 R2 failover cluster on Windows server 2012 OS. But I am getting the following error:-

Downloaded the KB937444 and tried to install it but getting error as below:

I am a little bit confused that above KB937444 is for windows server 2003 and i am installing SQL server 2008 R2 failover cluster on windows server 2012. why i am getting this error.

Searched more about the error and made change in the IRPStackSize  in the registry. The value ofIRPStackSize is changed from degault 15 to 50. But even after making change and rebooting the system i am getting the same error.

Please help me & guide me so that i can proceed further from this step.
