Is there ever a reason to have a nonclustered index on the primary key (single column) in addition to a clustered index on that same primary key (single column)?

I'm not certain the value. I'm coming into a situation where there appears to be a bit of a mess with the indexes and before I criticize out of ignorance I thought I should take a stab at asking a question.
