With SQL 2012 SP1 on windows 2012, we are getting an error (in sql server error log) Failed to verify Authenticode signature on DLL [instance install root]\MSSQL\Binn\msxmlsql.dll
that DLL is not there, it is in the shared directory. The spid that generates the error is a user spid. The instance is hosting the databases for Sharepoint 2010 and is running very poorly. Any ideas on the missing DLL or why it's looking for the DLL in this location? The advice I can find for this DLL relates to SQL 2000, so not sure about such ancient advice.
