I want to use hindi collation for one of my database not server

I have the SQL server 2008 r2. I want to use hindi collation for one of my database not server.

I have find "Indic_General_90_CI_AS" a hindi supportive collation.Will it work in 2008 r2?

beause  http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms143508(v=sql.90).aspx link say:

It is deprecated in 2005.
